Are you headed to the pool? This is what you need to know before you do. We have provided the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding the Community Pool & Swim Club. If you cannot find the answer to your question please feel free to reach out with any additional questions you may have.

How do I get a new pool pass?

Please email the Board of Directors at: board@porterslanding.org

How much does a new pass cost?

A new or replacement pool pass cost $25.00 and will be added to your account.

How long does it take to get a new pass?

Typically will take 5-7 business days via USPS.

Who do I contact with issues regarding the pool?

Please contact the Pool Committee Chair for all things related to pool usage, facility maintenance or rule infractions.

Why does my pass not work?

Pool passes may be deactivated during the offseason, after hours, due to unpaid balances, or as a result of disciplinary actions. If you believe your pass has been deactivated in error, please contact the Board of Directors at board@porterslanding.org.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are permitted; however, they must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Guests are expected to follow the same rules and code of conduct as residents. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests and will be held liable for any actions or damages caused by them.

Can I host an event or party?

Yes, you may host a party at the pool; no reservation is required. However, parties must not exceed three hours and should not interfere with other residents’ enjoyment of the facility. Please be mindful of limited parking and respectful of others using the space. For more details, refer to the community rules and regulations.
